Foredraget handler om mælk, ifølge Arne Astrup, som plejer at anprise hans arbejdsgiver – mælkeindustrien.

Den 1. september holder Arne Astrup et foredrag, hvor han vil fortælle om aktuel forskning i mejeriprodukter, og hvad forbrugeren kan bruge vandrehistorier og “kernesunde” historier til”.

Arrangementet er et samarbejde mellem Københavns Universitet og Politiken. Foredraget varer ca. 45 min. og efterfølges af ca. 45 min. debat med Lars Dahlager, der er journalist ved Politikens magasin MAD.

Arrangementet er gratis, og alle er velkomne.

Tid og sted: Onsdag 1. september kl. 17.00-18.30 i Anneks A Studiestræde 6, Bygningsnummer 719, 1167 København K
