Danmarks Naturfredningsforening og Forbrugerrådet har anmeldt Arla Foods for vildledende markedsføring under sloganet ”Tættere på naturen”.

Reklamerne spiller på en harmoni med naturen og en dyrevelfærd, som ikke er gældende for konventionelt landbrug. Arla Foods viser i øjeblikket fem reklamefilm i tv og på nettet, hvor mejeriprodukter som yoghurt, ost og smør sættes under overskriften ”Tættere på naturen”.
